Discreet Shipping
All Cotton Tail Diapers orders are packaged and shipped discreetly.
Packages will be sent under the name CTD Fulfillment for privacy.
Our free shipping option uses the carrier of our choice, and all shipments are securely wrapped to ensure your comfort and confidentiality.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Please note: the shipping time shown at checkout does not include processing time.
Shipping
At this time, Cotton Tail Diapers ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please make sure your shipping name and address are complete and accurate, matching your government-issued ID when possible. Orders cannot be shipped to incomplete or unverifiable addresses.
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes (for free shipping)
 - APO / FPO addresses
 - Remote or hard-to-serve areas not covered by our carriers
 
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable location, a reshipping fee may apply.
Free Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on most retail orders within the Continental United States.
Orders with free shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.
If you’d like to select a specific carrier or service level, please choose a paid shipping option at checkout.
Orders under 2 lbs may ship without tracking.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at dave@cottontaildiapers.com
Include your order number, photos of the packaging and items, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the issue promptly and either replace or refund the item at our discretion.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the defect.
We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
Because of the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped.
Please take the time to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit or material, our team is happy to help — reach out before purchasing to ensure your best match.
For first-time customers trying a new product, we recommend starting with a trial pack before ordering larger quantities.
